Mindfulness, Yoga and Meditation

Mindfulness is knowing that what you are experiencing while you are experiencing it. It is moment-to-moment awareness which has the quality of being in the now. Yoga is an ancient Eastern philosophy of living, with an appeal of that is timeless and universal. Meditation is exploring. It’s not a fixed by any destination. Your head doesn’t become vacuumed from free of thought and utterly undistracted.
